Welcome to the part where I get to tell you about myself and what jazzes me about therapy!

Above all, I consider myself a relationship therapist. I love working with partnerships of all statuses and structures. What does that really mean? It means that no matter what your relationship looks like, I offer a safe place where you can be vulnerable, courageous, small, successful, and more without fear of judgement. Relationships can be messy and complicated; I want to work with you through the hard stuff.

What really fires me up is the energy and complexity of therapy with intimate partnerships. I’m especially passionate about working with sex (ex: erotic energy, desire, kink), sexual orientation, and gender (identity and expression). Pretty much anything that intersects with sexuality is my jam, normative or otherwise.

I use principles from narrative, experiential, and attachment theories in my work. Additionally, everything I do in the therapy room is trauma-informed. I firmly believe that you are the expert of your own life and relationships. For that reason, I typically let clients drive our therapy sessions. I have the privilege of being a witness to your story and make observations along the way.

Outside of life as a therapist, I’m a proud advocate for social equity and I feed my soul through always learning and welcoming new perspectives. I’m also an avid gamer (video games, card games, and board games), a self-proclaimed nerd, and a dedicated cat dad (her name is Saba).
