How can I help?

I specialize in:

I work with couples, polyamorous partnerships, and folks who practice other forms of ethical non-monogamy! Whether you’ve been together for 10 months or 10 years, my use of evidence-based relational interventions can help.

Intimacy can be an incredibly rewarding part of relationships. I can support you in redefining intimacy and understanding what it might look like in your relationships. I also help people get in touch with their sexual selves by exploring erotic energy, addressing communication before, during, and after sex with a partner, working through psychological barriers to engaging in sex, and reconnecting to what pleasure means for you as an individual and for any potential relationship.

Gender and sexuality are integral parts of a person’s identity. I am passionate about working with folks exploring their gender identity, including presentation and performance. I especially love supporting families with gender creative adolescents as they navigate evolving identities within the family structure. I also love helping folks explore their sexuality and how it plays a role in their lives and relationships, regardless of if they are just starting to expand the bounds of their sexuality or if they are someone confident in identity.

I’m not afraid of bringing kink out of the metaphorical dungeon in therapy sessions. Regardless of if you’re someone who occasionally experiments in the bedroom or if you’re engaged in a long-term power dynamic, I welcome those parts of you and am mindful of them in our work.

Geek culture has developed via a desire to belong. Humans value connection and nerds of all kinds have found a home together to celebrate their passions. There are a wide variety of intersectional identities in this community and there is evidence that mental health challenges are more prevalent in geeky folks than the general population. I provide a space for you to be seen as your authentic geeky self with a provider who also thrives in geek culture.
