Relationship Therapy
Taking your relationship to therapy can be uncomfortable or downright terrifying.
No matter the status or structure of your relationship, I welcome the chance to support your exploration of intimacy and the intricacies of your partnership. I work with folks on issues related to sex and desire, differences in communication, parenting friction, navigating non-traditional relationships (ex: polyamory, kink), family of origin challenges, and more.
Individual Therapy

I work with a trauma-informed lens and use narrative and attachment-based theories to navigate challenges with anxiety, depression, identity, and beyond. I am particularly passionate about working with issues related to gender, sexuality, and kink identities.
Family Therapy
Families are complicated. Oftentimes, chaos within a family system is not simply one person’s responsibility. Rather, it is born of multifaceted issues within the system itself.
Therapy for the entire family is designed to heal interpersonal wounds that form the crux of the family’s struggle. I strive to increase collaboration in families and strengthen familial relationships. I work to foster compassion and understanding between all family members.
Fees
Zimmerman Relational Therapy is a fee-for-service provider, meaning I do not accept insurance. I use this model to guarantee that the work we do in therapy stays confidential. Depending on your insurance provider, however, you may be able to submit a request for out-of-network reimbursement for services. You can learn more about why I don’t accept insurance here.
Payment for services can be made via our secure client portal.
Fees for services are as follows:
- 60-minute Intake Session: $210
- 55-minute Individual Session: $180
- 55-minute Relationship Session: $195
- 55-minute Family Session: $195
Extended 80-minute sessions are available on a case-by-case basis at a proportional rate.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for services at a reduced rate. My sliding scale spots are currently full.
